How do you fit these insoles?

To fit the SeniorFiMs® into your footwear first remove your current insoles if possible, then place the SeniorFiMs® into your shoes ensuring a snug fit, trim if required (full length only) and ensure they are as far back back in the heel area of the shoe as possible. Full fitting guide is included with every pair.

Do these insoles require any adjustment?

No, they are ready to use straight out of the box and can be placed directly into footwear.

What is standard density suitable for?

Standard (mid) density is ideal for everyday comfort and general orthotic support.

Can the insoles be trimmed to fit?

Full length insoles can be trimmed at the toe area for a more precise fit. ¾ length insoles do not require trimming.

Do they require heat moulding?

No, they naturally adapt to the foot using body heat and weight, though they can be heat adjusted if required.

How long does it take to get used to them?

How do I clean the insoles?
