We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of the order date.
Return of goods policy
Orthotix offers returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of delivery. The return needs to be in an unused, undamaged condition and in original packaging. We reserve the right not to process any returns that do not follow this procedure or fail to meet the terms and conditions stated.
To return your item, please click the Royal Mail returns link featured at the bottom of this article. You will need your email address and order number to locate your order. Once you’ve entered these details, simply follow the on-screen instructions to request your return.
At the end of the process, you’ll be offered either a free Royal Mail returns label to print and attach to your parcel, or a QR code that can be scanned at your local Post Office for drop-off. No printer is required if you choose the QR code option.
Please include your completed returns form with the item for us to process your return as efficiently as possible. If you no longer have the original returns form, an online version is available to download here.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unworn and unused.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Products must be in a resellable condition.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note:
We cannot accept returns of products that show signs of wear or have damaged/missing packaging.
Postage costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or sent in error.
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team before returning the product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
