We know every order is unique, so we offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs. Whether you’re looking for fast next-day service, standard delivery, or to collect your item, you can choose the option that works best for you. Explore our delivery choices below to find the one that fits your schedule.

Your order will be dispatched by the most economical means available, with regard to weight / volume and the degree of urgency.

 

Dispatch:

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 3pm (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Our dispatch team operates between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, so any orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

 

UK Delivery Options:

Free Standard Delivery: 3 - 5 working days

Free Royal Mail Tracked 24hr (orders over £20): Usually next working day when ordered by 4pm Monday - Friday

DPD Next Working Day Delivery: Next working day when ordered by 3pm Monday -Thursday, excl. Northern Ireland, Overseas & Highlands.

Click & Collect (Cardiff premises): Usually ready for collection next working day when ordered before 4pm

The costs of these delivery options will be calculated upon check out.

Duty & Taxes To be paid by customer if applicable upon arrival of delivery.

 

Incorrect delivery

On receipt of the goods the customer is requested to check the consignment. In the unlikely event that the type or quantity of goods is incorrect then you are required to notify our Customer Services team within 14 days of the date of delivery. After this point Orthotix cannot accept responsibility for an alleged incorrect delivery.

 

Return of goods policy

Orthotix offers returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of delivery. The return needs to be in an unused, undamaged condition and in original packaging. We reserve the right not to process any returns that do not follow this procedure or fail to meet the terms and conditions stated.

To return your item, please visit our Returns & Refunds page. You will need your email address and order number to locate your order. Once you’ve entered these details, simply follow the on-screen instructions to request your return.

At the end of the process, you’ll be offered either a free Royal Mail returns label to print and attach to your parcel, or a QR code that can be scanned at your local Post Office for drop-off. No printer is required if you choose the QR code option.

Please include your completed returns form with the item for us to process your return as efficiently as possible. If you no longer have the original returns form, an online version is available to download here.

Please note: Soiled, custom-manufactured, modified, obsolete goods, or goods delivered over the 30 days will not be eligible for return.
