How do I place an order?
    
  
  Placing an order with Orthotix is quick and easy:
- Browse our online store and select the product(s) you’d like to purchase.
 - Choose your size, quantity, and click Add to Basket.
 - When you’re ready, go to your basket and select Checkout.
 - Enter your delivery and payment details, then confirm your order.
 - Once complete, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
 
If you need assistance at any point, our customer service team will be happy to help.

  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.
Can I change or cancel my order?
    
  
  We aim to process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel.
- If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.
 - If your order has already been shipped, you can still return it in line with our Returns Policy.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?
    
  
  Orthotix offers returns on most items within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
 - We reserve the right not to process any returns that do not follow this procedure or fail to meet our terms and conditions.
 - Please note that soiled, custom-manufactured, modified, obsolete goods, or goods returned after 30 days are not eligible for return.
 
How do I return or exchange a product?
    
  
  - Scan the QR code on your invoice (included with your purchase) and follow the Royal Mail instructions to create your return.
 - If you cannot scan the QR code, please contact us by phone (02920 370696) or email (enquiries@orthotix.co.uk) with your order number, name, and shipping address.
 - Include your completed returns form with the item to help us process your return as quickly as possible.

How long does it take to process a refund?
    
  
  - Once your return has been received and checked, we aim to process refunds within 5–7 working days.
 - Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
 - Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take slightly longer for the funds to show in your account.
