Processing – We're preparing your order.

Dispatched – It's left our warehouse.

Out for Delivery – It's with the courier and on the way.

Delivered – It has arrived and may be in a safe place or with a neighbour.

My parcel has been returned to the sender, what happens now?

We're sorry to hear your order hasn't quite gone to plan.

If your parcel has been returned to us, it's likely it was accidentally damaged during delivery, or the driver had difficulty delivering it.

Once your order arrives back at our warehouse, a hassle-free refund will be arranged so you can re-order your items if you wish.

Please note, it can take up to 21 days from the date the item is returned for the refund to be processed.

My order is marked as delivered but I still haven't received it.

If your order was sent to your home address, here are a few quick checks that might help:

Look for a delivery card from one of our couriers with further instructions.

Check with neighbours to see if they accepted the parcel on your behalf.

Inspect safe places where the driver may have left it — like a shed, garage, or porch.

Review your tracking details - check the courier’s delivery photo and GPS location.
