What to do if you’ve ordered the wrong size
We understand that sometimes the wrong size can be ordered by mistake - but don’t worry, we’ll help you get the right fit as quickly as possible.
If your item has not yet been dispatched, contact our customer service team immediately and we may be able to amend your order before it leaves our warehouse.
If your order has already been shipped, you’ll need to return the incorrect size in line with our Returns Policy. Once we’ve received the item, we can arrange an exchange for the correct size or issue a refund.
