Can I Edit My Order?
We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes after placing an order. At Orthotix, we’ll always do our best to help.
Before Dispatch: If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can usually update details such as product size, quantity, or delivery address.
After Dispatch: Once your order has left our warehouse, we’re unable to make changes. However, you may still be able to return or exchange items in line with our Returns Policy
