What to do if you’ve received the wrong item

A description of the item you received

A photo of the item (if possible)

This helps us resolve your query as quickly as possible.

 

What happens next

Return arrangements: We’ll provide instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label for returning the incorrect item.

Correct item sent: As soon as we receive confirmation, we’ll ship out the correct product to you.

Refund option: If you prefer not to receive a replacement, a full refund will be issued once the incorrect item has been returned.
