How Do I Return An Order?

Starting Your Return (UK Customers Only)

To begin the return process, please visit our Returns & Refunds page. You will need your email address and order number to locate your order. Once you’ve entered these details, simply follow the on-screen instructions to request your return.

At the end of the process, you’ll be offered either a free Royal Mail returns label to print and attach to your parcel, or a QR code that can be scanned at your local Post Office for drop-off. No printer is required if you choose the QR code option.

 

Returning Your item

Please ensure that your item is securely packaged before sending it back to us. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

 

Refunds and Exclusions

Refunds will not include the original postage cost unless the return is due to a faulty item or an error on our part. We are unable to refund or exchange any items that appear to be worn, washed, or are not in their original condition. Orthotix reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
